How to take the seed
Once you have achieved your goal weight, we suggest you continue to drink 1/8th of The Seed 3-5 times a week, to maintain your ideal weight. Especially if you have not changed your eating habits.
Your body needs and loves water.
The Seed cleans out the digestive tract while water flushes out the toxins and broken down fat.
Two Litres a Day...Washes the Fat Away….
By drinking between 2 to 3, litres of water a day, simultaneously with your tiny piece of “The Seed”, will be the quickest way you are going to lose weight without making major diet changes.
Should you not enjoy the taste of water – try flavour it with lemons, mint leaves or water flavour infusions.
We repeat - the more water you drink, the faster you will flush the toxins, excess fat and you lose weight with The Seed.
How Much Water is enough?
Water (in litres) to drink a day = Your Weight (in kg) multiply by 0.033 = "The amount of water you need to drink daily"
Do Not Take If:
- You are allergic to nuts.
- You are older than 60 and younger than 16.
- You are pregnant, and or are breastfeeding.
- You have a medical condition (heart, kidney or liver disease)
- You suffer from gastritis.
- You suffer from blood pressure or hypertension.
- You have renal dysfunction or renal artery disease.
- You are recovering from an illness or medical treatment.
- You are on prescription medication.
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
What You Cannot Do
- Do not microwave!
- Do not take laxatives!
- Do not use with any other diet product!
- Do not take more than a quarter ¼ of The Seed daily.
- Chocolate neutralizes the effect of The Seed.
- Do not drink alcohol and The Seed at the same time - Rather skip a day and resume taking The Seed the next day.
Chocolate and Alcohol neutralizes the effect of The SEED. In the event that you do eat chocolate, DO NOT take The SEED that night - rather skip that day and continue normally thereafter or if you enjoy a drink after work take The SEED in the morning and activate with a warm glass of water.

Potassium and Vitamin C
Please eat a banana and an orange at least 2-3 times a week to replace the vitamins and minerals lost during the detox. PS. Vitamin C aids weight loss. Potassium and Vitamin C supplements can be used, if you do not wish to eat the bananas and oranges.
